I cancelled my policy not only due to insurance going up but the customer service is terrible. Trying to get a hold of someone was a struggle. I advise you to pay attention to your bank statements if you have auto draft, better yet take your card info off file. Ask for receipts if paying cash as they will try to tell you cash payment “didn’t go through.”"
