"I have had State Farm for years. It was time to add my daughter and her new car she purchased. With rates for drivers under 25 and car in her own name created some challenges in cost. When Jenny told me I was like let me check other companies. State Farm was lower by $100 month or more. Jenny and Chauncy both helped me with looking many times over my options back and forth. I asked many questions and both were so nice. They understood my needs and challenges as a single mom. I’m very appreciative as well made the process so easy."

"Avoid this office. Agent/owner is rude and unprofessional. She made it pretty apparent she didn’t have time to speak with me. I cancelled my policy not only due to insurance going up but the customer service is terrible. Trying to get a hold of someone was a struggle. I advise you to pay attention to your bank statements if you have auto draft, better yet take your card info off file. Ask for receipts if paying cash as they will try to tell you cash payment “didn’t go through.”"
