"I never realized how great Lona Mauk’s service was till I changed to another agent….stupid me. Lona’s office has reevaluated my policies, took off unnecessary coverages, and now they are efficient enough to call me when I owe them money, which I appreciate. "I am so thankful to be back with State Farm on our auto’s. The only reason we had to move our autos was because we bought a Kia Sportage and because they use a key it couldn’t be covered at the time. But thankfully now they cover Kia’s so we are back! And St Farm was $200 less a month than Allstate! Plus the ladies at this office are always so friendly and helpful and Never make you feel like you’re a bother."

"Chauncy has been so attentive and helpful as we navigated adding my daughter as a new driver and then as we added a vehicle, changed coverage, etc. She assisted us in getting the best possible coverage for my daughter and offered ways to discount her insurance. "I worked with Mary Long today and she was able to provide me with great auto coverage, short term disability coverage, and a life insurance policy. Mary was extremely easy to talk to, not at all pushy, and so understanding of my needs. She also helped provide the coverages to my daughter as she has gone out on her own and is “adulting”.
