"Avoid this office. Agent/owner is rude and unprofessional. She made it pretty apparent she didn’t have time to speak with me. I cancelled my policy not only due to insurance going up but the customer service is terrible. Trying to get a hold of someone was a struggle. I advise you to pay attention to your bank statements if you have auto draft, better yet take your card info off file. Ask for receipts if paying cash as they will try to tell you cash payment “didn’t go through.”"

She was so sweet and explained everything in detail and spent a good amount of time on the phone with me making sure everything was done correctly. "I personally would like to thank Chelsea Douglas at State Farm-Lona Mauk for her professionalism in assisting me with a claim this week. Chelsea greeted me when I walked in the office.
